Revisiting some old photos to re-edit them and it has me feeling all kinds of nostalgic. This photo was taken in my grandparents back yard, which is one of my favorite places in the world. There’s no way to not feel at peace there. I always find myself just sitting in the grass out there, taking it all in.

I need more dog portrait sessions in my life. I was SO happy when Anna requested some photos of her and her pup during her family's photo session

Laughter is the sweetest, and I love being able to capture it like this.

This is honestly one of my favorite photographs I’ve ever taken. It was completely unplanned. With my camera in my hand, Kelli asked me to hold the hanger for her dress so she could untie the back of it and get it ready to put on. I peered through the keyhole back and absolutely could not pass up this shot. I love the stillness in her face as she steps into this moment of preparation. I just think it’s beautiful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
